My So Called Music Life
actually dunno what to write today so i just gonna write about wut i like the most. yeah... music. mostly punk rock, ska and emo... haha. this is my blog so i can write wutever i want rite? just realized it hehe. so lets start with my childhood music. yeah... most of them were Roxette's coz they were big hits around 90's. back then, i was just a little boy who like to listen to other peoples favourite songs. hehe... i got a lot of influenced from my brother and my friends then. and starting standard 4 i started to listen to alternative.
greenday was first introduced to me by my friend, fahmi. old greenday is the best coz they produced much good music then than today. during that period of time i got this note book and wrote all the lyrics of songs that i like on that book. and i took it to school and showed it to my friend and we sang along in the bus all the songs in the book. it was really fun back then. i wondered where the book had gone.
the first alternative album that i bought was gin blossoms, congratulation i'm sorry. it's the first and the best. i bought it with my class money. but of coz i paid back to the class after that. and then the story of my alternative music's life begin. i started to buy a lot of alternative group's album. i bought oasis, blur, blues travellers, foo fighters, third eye blind and a lot to name a few. during this time i also recorded any alternative band's video clips that showed on channel V's top 20 or billboard us countdown in a video tape. and i got like 3 or 4 of that video tapes. 1 video tape took about 2 hours plus minus of time so that means i have recorded about 8 hours of video clips. if one video clip took about 5 minutes plus minus of time that means i had about 100 of video clips recorded. damn... i think i still have all the video tapes. gonna search for it when i go home next year.
ok... the story will continue later. i want to go to sleep already. haha... next story will be interesting too. i promise. end of chapter one of my so called music life....
